Day 1 Depart from School

Depart from school and head to Dover where you will cross the channel to Calais travelling overnightto the resort of Platja D’Aro.

On arrival at the Caleta Palace hotel your group will be met by a member of the Activ4 School Toursresort team who will assist you with check in to ensure it runs smoothly. You will then have the rest ofthe day to enjoy exploring your surroundings followed by a well needed evening meal.

Day 3 Coaching sessions, Fixtures and an evening Bowling

Coaching will be done throughout the day on one of our many pitches. You will always have acoaching session before your first fixture. As with all areas of Activ4 School Tours programmes,evening entertainments will be carefully planned for your group and after the first of your fixturesmany groups choose to round off the evening at ‘D’Aro Bowling’.

Day 4 Excursion to Barcelona, Nou Camp and Las Ramblas

The bustling cosmopolitan city ofBarcelona is the Catalonian capital and has something for everyone.Your group can opt to take a tour around Europe’s largest football stadium, the world famous CampNou. Or head straight to Las Ramblas for some shopping time (this can be done after CampNou).The students will love the shops, stalls and street entertainers.

Day 5 Final Fixtures, Beach Afternoon and Award Night

Back to sport this morning with a coaching session to prepare you for your final fixture. Netballers willhave their tournamentthroughout the day. During the afternoon you may take a trip to the beach! Onthe final night it has become a tradition for touring teams to hold an awards ceremony to decide onthe player of the tour.

Day 6 Departure Day

Unfortunately all good things come to an end. After breakfast it’s time to check out but there is justenough time for some last minute shopping, try Les Gallerias just off the high street, and lunch beforeyou head out to start your journey to Calais.

Day 7 Arrival at School

On arrival in Calais you will set sail to Dover and travel back to school. The tour officially ends whenyou get back to the UK, but with a trip this great we are sure that it will live long in the memory.

After the adrenaline of training and matches, students can enjoy some well-earned beach time. Whether it’s a kickabout in the sand, a dip in the sea, or just lounging in the sun, this is a chance to relax, bond as a group and soak up the Spanish coastal vibe — all within safe supervision.

Bowling & Arcade Night

Keep the energy going after sunset with an evening of bowling and arcade games — a firm favourite with school groups. It’s the perfect way to round off a busy day, with a little friendly competition and loads of laughs. Whether they’re racking up strikes or battling it out on the air hockey table, students can let off steam in a fun, safe environment.
