Folgaria Italy School Ski Trip

Depart from UK Airport where you will be met by your Activ4 School Tours Representative and transferred to the resort of Folgaria. Having unpacked, your group will have time to explore the village and acclimatise yourselves in the comfortable surroundings of the hotel. Meals will be taken in the hotel’s restaurant and the menu is based around traditional wholesome Italian food.

Start this morning with a short walk for ski fit at the rental shop. From here you will walk a very short distance to the meeting point for ski school where the team will be waiting for you! Your well earned lunch will be a hot meal back at the hotel. Return to the slopes and enjoy the rest of the day.

Head out after breakfast for another full day of fun in the snow. There are plenty of easy sunny slopes for beginners, and the area lift pass opens up 74km of skiing. Folgaria combines the ski areas of numerous smaller villages including the Costa, Fondo Grande and Serrada ski regions so there is plenty to keep everyone happy.

This morning it’s time to enjoy some more fun in the snow! Students should now feel more confident and will begin tackling more challenging slopes. As with all areas of Activ4 School Tours programmes, evening entertainments will be carefully planned for your group. Many groups choose to round off the day of skiing with a swim in the indoor swimming pool.

By now, everyone will be starting to feel they are making good progress. Today might be the day for all the groups to meet up at the top of the mountain to admire the stunning views and get some group photo’s to remember the trip! This evening you can get together for a bingo night.

It’s the last day to make the most of the snow already; so head on up the mountain! After a hectic week of intense lessons students will be desperate to show you what they can do! After saying your good-bye’s on the mountain it’s back to the hotel and after dinner bringing everyone together for your own awards ceremony.

Unfortunately all good things come to an end and today you return to the UK. You will board the coach for the transfer to the airport for your return flight home. Your tour officially ends when you get back to the UK, but with a trip this great we are sure that it will live long in the memory.
