  • Passengers: 40
  • Free Staff Places: 4

Located on an island in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea.

Malta is an ideal destination for your school netball tour and it is rapidly becoming one of our most popular.

As a Commonwealth Country, Malta has a tradition of playing netball. It’s therefore one of the few countries where your team can play local matches. Your team will enjoy a competitive game against local opposition carefully chosen to match your team’s level and ability.

Here at Activ4 we believe the dedication and hard work we apply to developing our international netball programme will ensure that our valued customers keep returning. Our expertise in arranging safe and successful trips to Malta for students to relish, enjoy and learn, undoubtedly leads to satisfied customers.

Activ4 can organise local a variety of local opposition for UK schools and clubs to play netball against, which is not always so easy when you look at other destinations. Malta therefore takes away those hurdles.

It also has a great climate and a great infrastructure of sports facilities. School netball tours in Malta also feature an action packed schedule of activities for your group to enjoy. Activities range from ten pin bowling to a day cruising on the Med in a tall ship sailboat.

Where it’s held

Qawra

Malta School Netball Tours are based on the north east coast of Malta. As Malta is such a small island everything is close. Malta International Airport 19km, Mdina (the old capital city) 10km and the Capital City of Valletta only 15 km away. The Cirkewwa ferry terminal is only 4km away and from here you can catch a ferry to the sister islands of Gozo and Comino.

Qawra is part of a cluster of villages that includes Buġibba and St. Paul’s Bay. Actually it’s hard to tell whether a particular street is part of Qawra or of its neighbouring village. Qawra is a popular tourist resort great for active holidays. Visitors can enjoy many water sport activities, including snorkelling, diving, banana boat, jetski rides, as well as kayaking, snorkelling and diving. Qawra has continued to develop rapidly over the past 20 years and has become a very popular destination for tourists visiting the island.

With numerous cafes, pubs, discos, and restaurants you can be sure to stay active while visiting Qawra and Bugibba.
