As former teachers and school tour leaders our staff is aware of the needs of party leaders when booking a sports, ski, performing arts or cultural tour.

Our aim is to support you and help with all stages of the organisation of your tour. Our Activ4 School Tours resort staff are available during your stay in resort and while you’re on the road you can reach a representative at any time of the day or night.

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff in Head Office deal directly with your enquiry and manage bookings from start to finish! Our School and Group Travel Resort Co-ordinators provide a direct link with the resort which ensures a consistent approach and quality of service.

Inspection Visits

Why not try before you buy?

Inspection visits can be arranged for you to visit a variety of destinations and this allows you to sample the resort yourself, before taking your group on tour – a chance to try before you buy!

It provides an opportunity to do risk assessments, familiarise yourself with the resort and the excursions, check out the facilities and accommodation, and take photographs and make preparatory notes relating to the tour prior to bringing your group out. We’ll pay for 2 night’s accommodation (including breakfast) for up to 2 people sharing a twin room. Extra nights are available but will be charged. Please note that all bookings are subject to travel dates and availability.

Parents Evening

We will help you to promote your tour in school with posters, letters to parents, powerpoint presentations and payment schedules to help parents budget for the trip.
